Through outreach, Naloxone distribution, hygiene supplies, HIV & HCV testing, safe sex resources, clothing support, and education, we help people stay safer, healthier, and connected to care.

Save Our Families is building a new model of community care for families impacted by substance use, poverty, grief, and systemic harm. Your support helps us provide practical resources, trusted referrals, prevention tools, and dignity-centered care across Cleveland.
