Through Change, We Persist: Protecting Rights, Saving Lives
As our country undergoes changes under the leadership of the current administration, Save Our Families remains steadfast in our mission to provide vital services, protect your right to privacy, and expand access to harm reduction resources.
We are actively seeking partners to serve as third-party distributors of our harm reduction supplies, strengthening our reach and ensuring more individuals and families receive the support they need.
Save Our Families is also committed to empowering and protecting all individuals, particularly those who may face systemic barriers or heightened risks. We recognize that for some individuals—including members of the LGBTQ+ community, undocumented individuals, and individuals with disabilities—contacting support lines may present unique challenges or risks. We encourage everyone to prioritize their safety and take steps to protect their privacy when seeking assistance. If you are in need of support but unsure about the potential risks involved, we recommend exploring community-based organizations or legal aid services that specialize in serving marginalized communities.
In the coming months, we will keep you updated on how our programs may adapt or shift in response to new policies or changes. Our commitment to fostering growth, unity, and healing within our communities will remain at the core of everything we do.
If you’re interested in partnering with us or learning more about our programs, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Together, we can continue building a safer and more equitable future.
In solidarity,
Kristy F. Steele
President, Save Our Families
