Mental health is one of the biggest issues we as a people face globally. A lot of times we overlook our mental health until there is a real crisis and a lot of times we don’t know what to do. In moments of despair, we often feel alone. Like we don’t have any options or support but the truth is we do. I know on my worst days it was hard to believe someone else could relate to my situation or understand how I feel but the truth is there are people who have walked a very similar path. You’re not alone and it’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to be sad but it’s not okay to give up!
